The Wonder World Tour was the Second Concert Tour by American
Singer / Songwriter & Actress Miley Cyrus . The Tour was held in Support
of her second Studio Album Breakout ( 2008 ) & First Time Extended
Play E.P. The Time Of Our Lives ( 2009 ) The Tour began in September
2009 & Concluded in December 29th visiting cities in the United States
