Michael Schenker is a German Hard Rock & Heavy Metal Guitarist who
began his career as the Lead Guitarist in the Scorpions & UFO since his
Second Departure from Scorpions in 1979 . He has primarily focused on
his own Eponymous Bands , mainly The Michael Schenker Group from
( 1979 -1984 ). & Since 2020 . The Mc Auley Schenker Group from (
1986 – 1993 ) & Michael Schenker’s Temple Of Rock from (2011 -2016)
& Michael Schenker Fest ( 2016 – 2020 ) The current members of his
Solo Band Vocalist Robin Mc Auley , Keyboardist & Rhythm Guitar Steve
Mann , Bassist Barend Courbois & Drummer Bodo Schopf , Schenker
started playing at an early age , after his brother Rudolf got a Gibson
Flying V Guitar for his Birthday which Captured his Imagination his main
influences were Jimmy Page , Jeff Beck , Eric Clapton , Leslie West ,
Johnny Winter & Rory Gallagher . He played his first Gig when he was
11 , with Rudolf & the Scorpions in a night club. Schenker played with
the Scorpions on their Debut Studio Album Lonesome Crow at the age
of 16 . After recording their First Studio Album . The Scorpions opened
for up coming UK Band UFO. in Germany . Schenker was invited to be
their Lead Guitarist for UFO. ( Taking over from Bernie Marsden himself
a Temporary Replacement for Mick Bolton ) . With Rudolf’s blessing ,
Schenker accepted . Schenker Cowrote most of the Songs on UFO.

1979 . Schenker started a Solo by Founding The Michael Schenker
Group ( MSG ). The History of MSG is strewn with Personal Conflicts
