done 22 Studio Albums & 6 Studio Albums as a Collaboration. Red Dirt
Boys are American Musical Group living in Nashville Tennessee & Formed
by Emmylou Harris in 2008 . Band members include Will Kimbrough , Phil
Madeira , Bryan Owings & Chris Donohue. History Emmylou Harris Born
April 2nd 1947 in Birmingham Alabama US. Age 77. Is an American Singer,
Songwriter & Musician , Band Leader & Activist & she is recognised for
having a consistent artistic direction . Harris is considered one of the
leading Artists behind Country Rock Genre in the 1970s & the Americana
Genre in the 1990s . Her Music united both Country & Rock Audiences in
Live Performance setting her characteristic Voice , Musical Style & Song-
writing have been acclaimed by Critics & fellow Recording Artists. Harris
Developed an interest in Folk Music in her Early Years which led to Per-
