Killer Love is the Debut Solo Studio Album by Pussycat Dolls Lead Singer
Nicole Scherzinger which features Special Guests Appearances from
Sting , Enrique Iglesias & 50 Cent it was released on March 18th 2011
by Interscope Records in association with it’s affiliated Record Labels .
Scherzinger had been working on a Solo Album since 2005 , under the
tittle ” Her Name Is Nicole ” & was originally due for release in 2007 .
However unsuccessful Singles & Poor Timing led to Project being pushed
back numerous Times . After releasing the Pussycat Dolls Second Studio
Album Doll Domination ( 2008 ) Scherzinger shelved the project entirely
citing bad timing & creative issues as the reasons for it’s cancelation
many of the songs were reassigned to the Dolls or other Artist . Moroccan
Producer Red One was brought on board for a Second Attempt at
launching Her Solo Album . Completed in 2011 & Titled ” Killer Love ”
Scherzinger Debut Studio Solo Album features a combination of up Tempo
Songs containing influences of rock , Soul & Funk Music with the specific
Aim of selecting Songs & Productions which would lead themselves to be
performing Live . Killer Love was preceded by Singles including ” Poison ”
which peaked at No 3. in the UK. & No 7 in Ireland . The Album Second
Single ” Don’t Hold Your Breath ” would go on Top Of The Single Charts
in the UK. & reached the Top 5 in Ireland . It would be her First & Last
Solo Album with Interscope after she ended a Ten Year Partnership in
2014 & signed a Record Deal with RCA Records Nicole Scherzinger
