LOUD LIKE LOVE is the Seventh Studio Album by British Alternative Rock Band .
Placebo recorded between 2012 & 2013 & released on 16th September 2013.
The Album reached Number 13 in the UK. Album Chart , & received a mixed
response from the Critics . Three Singles were released from the Album ” To
Many Friends ” , ” Loud Like Love ” & ” A Million Little Pieces ” It is the Bands
Finale Album to feature the Drummer Steve Forest. HISTORY Placebo are a
British Alternative Rock Band formed in London in 1994 by Vocalist Guitarist
Brian Molko & Bassist – Guitarist Stefan Olsdal . & in the Late 1994 Robert
Schultzberg joined as Drummer . Molko was born in Belgium & Olsdal &
Schultzberg in Sweden . Molko & Olsdal grew up in Luxembourg before
separately relocating to London & became British Citizens Schultzberg left
the Band in 1996 shortly after the release of the Bands eponymous Debut
due to conflicts with Molko & was replaced the same year by Steve Hewitt
who left in 2007 & replaced by Steve Forest who left in 2015. Formation
( 1994 -1995 ). Their Debut Album with Line Up change & Glam Connection.
( 1996 -1998 ) . By 1996 Placebo were signed with Caroline Records. Their
Debut Studio Album , The Self Titled Placebo was released on 17th June
1996 & peaked at Number Five on UK Album Chart at the Height of the
Brit Pop Era their highest charting Album in the Country until 2022. After
he release Placebo went on a Headlining Tour across Europe performing
in Countries like France . Italy & Switzerland . When reviewing a Concert,
the New York Times compared them to the Bands of the First Wave of
Post Punk Rock particularly New Order , The Cure , Siouxsie & The
Banshees , Early U2 & Talking Heads . Years Active 1994 – Present .
